About Me

Hello!

I'm SJ Janjua (they/them)!

  • Passionate DEIB leader and practitioner who brings 10+ years of experience in ensuring the equity of K-12 schools and organizations.

  • Accomplished educator – former classroom teacher in the US and abroad, curriculum developer, teacher trainer, and classroom observer and evaluator.

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and a Master’s degree in International Education

  • Resides in Baltimore, MD, but works with schools and organizations all over the globe!

  • They use their lived experience as a transgender, non-binary, queer, mixed-race person to inform the work their work

  • Previously held board positions at Community Centric Fundraising and Trans Lifeline
