LGBTQ+ Teacher Cohort - Fall 2023

As LGBTQ+ teachers we know how important the power of community is for our students, but we often under prioritize building community for ourselves. We face unique challenges and we deserve spaces where we can feel valued and connected to one another so we can create similar spaces for our students. The LGBTQ+ Teacher Cohort is a space where teachers of all subjects and levels can come together to build connections and work through challenges they are facing together. This is a months long cohort - running from September 2023 - December 2023.  The cohort will meet virtually (via Zoom) twice per month (2nd and 4th Wednesdays from 7-8 pm EST) for one hour each session.  This cohort is more geared toward folks who teach in school settings. Tiered payment options are available for greater access to the space. Choose the payment level that feels most comfortable for you and where you are currently financially. Limited spots available!  This cohort will be facilitated by SJ Janjua (they/them) of Empowered for Equity Consulting.
